Wait for our confirmation on the availability of the item(s) via email. We will send you our bank account and phone number via email once you confirm your purchase, shipping option and payment method.We will reply you the exact amount to bank-in/transfer.
Step Three
Make payment by bank-in or online transfer to Maybank / Public Bank and wait for item(s) to be delivered. Remember to email/sms us the details of payment (bank/date/amount) including the reference number of your transaction.
Step Four
Item(s) will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made
COD is applicable if items bought are more than RM120, this is because it is time consuming for both parties. COD is around Shah Alam and Bangi area only and FOC.

Parcel Tracking
We will send the tracking no. of the parcel to customer via email
- If the parcel failed to arrive within 10 days after payment was made, customers can email us at shoplovelydress@gmail.com for assistance on the parcel tracking.
- The parcel will be sent out WITHIN 3 DAYS after payment received.
The arrival of the parcel to customer will take 1-2 days in Peninsular Malaysia and 2-3days in Sabah/Sarawak by Poslaju. - Products sold are not refundable as we make sure that all items are in good condition before shipping.
